Nigh Braai ignited around a fire with special friends and a shared love for the braai. Over time, we have lost what was an everyday part of our ancestors lives, socialising around a fire, sharing stories and making a meal.
In South Africa it is a religion and we call it Braai Culture. Our goal is to show everyone that we can all enjoy a braai, and whilst doing it, you can have a lot of fun and make memories that last a lifetime. It's fine to make mistakes because, as with everything in life, the more you do it, the more you understand the process of fire and food.
